We know that the vast majority of our customers are not going to be well versed on the ins and outs of the transportation industry, nor should we expect them to be. Our wonderful booking team will make sure to walk you through the reservation process and explain things along the way to get you the service you need.

How much will we be charged to go over the time limit?

You will only be charged the hourly rate we agreed upon when you reserve so if you go over your time by an hour you will owe the driver for that hour at your set rate. If you know you will be needing more time than already agreed upon it's always best to call and update us ahead of time.

Are we allowed to smoke on the bus?

We would like our bus's interior to stay fresh, undamaged and smoke free, so we do not permit smoking in our vehicles. Your driver will be happy to pull over for a pit stop should you request any.

Are we allowed to drink?

It wouldn't be much of a party bus if you couldn't! As long as you bring your own beverages, and are 21 years of age or older you are welcome to drink them on the bus! We even have built in drink mixing stations with coolers full of ice to keep your beverages cold along with cupholders to keep your drinks safe.

Should the bus be clean when we leave?

We would like our future guests to all get the same clean bus as you got so we just ask you take whatever you brought on board back off with you. We don't expect you or your guests to clean the bus, we have an expert team that details the vehicles after each trip, we just expect your guests won't trash the place.

Will you travel further for me?

With enough advance notice, we would be happy to take you wherever you want to go, however trips of more than 50 miles may acquire additional fees to cover the extra fuel costs. We can make no guaranties but we will always do our best to work with you whenever we can reasonably do so.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a security deposit must be made. When booking with us your reservation is not made until you place a down payment. Once you do so we take that vehicle off the market for that date and time, we will not double book our vehicles, we turn people away once you reserve the vehicle with your deposit.
